My passion for dance was born at my childhood dance studio-Wempner's School of Dance in Fond du Lac, WI. I took all styles of dance from 5 to age 17. I then age headed to Wyoming for college where I completed my Bachelor's of Science in
Nursing degree and also enrolled in several college level dance classes as my electives. I couldn't leave dance behind and started a dance program at our YMCA in Sturgeon Bay, WI from scratch. After 4 years of teaching tap, ballet and jazz,
I had 118 students in the program. After wearing out of the cold WI winters, my family moved to Florida 6 years ago. Upon arriving I completely fell in love with Zumba and eventually became certified to teach over the pandemic. I enjoy all
genres of dance and I am both humbled and honored to be teaching here at Attitudes in Dance. Dancing has always been a part of my life and it brings me such joy! I am excited to share that joy with all of you...because life is just better with dance!
